D. Granger, S.D. Herkner, Paul Jones, <br />A.H. Morgan,. Mm. H. Royer, R. V. bpillers, Mayor Carl A. Britschgi and City Clerk R. S. Dodge. <br />Also present were City Manager E. A. Rolison, Administrative Assistant R.. D. Miller, City Attorney <br />C. B. Currie, City Auditor -Assessor J. J. Brophy, Fire Chief J. L. Lodi,, Assistant Fire Chief <br />17. Leslie, Police Chief S. D. Wood, Building Inspector L. 1.1. Duncan, Assistant Building Inspectors <br />B. Gyselbrecht and S. Y.reiss, Plater Superintendent Ht. L. TJinter and P. Sorensen representing Chamber <br />of Commerce. <br />MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF JULY 2, 1951, approved as mailed on motion of Councilman Spillers, seconded by <br />Councilman Jones. , Councilman Granger asked that the minutes show that Council voted to provide the <br />necessary funds from some source to cover the part of Circle Road facing Hopkins Avenue. Included <br />in motion by consent of maker and second, and carried. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - CIRCLE :ROAD IMPROVEMENT. Affidavit, of publication ordered filed. Due to the illness of <br />City Engineer Glenn Jain, plans and specifications were incomplete. City Attorney explained that <br />hearing could be continued to an adjourned meeting July 30th rather than wait until August 6, the <br />next regular meeting. Councilman Spillers so moved, seconded by Councilman Royer and carried. <br />POLICY FOR GRANTING PERMITS FOR CHURCH CONSTRUCTION.
