Sorensen representing Chamber <br />of Commerce. <br />MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF JULY 2, 1951, approved as mailed on motion of Councilman Spillers, seconded by <br />Councilman Jones. , Councilman Granger asked that the minutes show that Council voted to provide the <br />necessary funds from some source to cover the part of Circle Road facing Hopkins Avenue. Included <br />in motion by consent of maker and second, and carried. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - CIRCLE :ROAD IMPROVEMENT. Affidavit, of publication ordered filed. Due to the illness of <br />City Engineer Glenn Jain, plans and specifications were incomplete. City Attorney explained that <br />hearing could be continued to an adjourned meeting July 30th rather than wait until August 6, the <br />next regular meeting. Councilman Spillers so moved, seconded by Councilman Royer and carried. <br />POLICY FOR GRANTING PERMITS FOR CHURCH CONSTRUCTION.
