He explained that a use permit can only be used for the use provided in use permit and if not, would result in loss of the permit. Motion was withdrawn with consent of the second and the maker and it was moved that the matter be referred bat's to the planning Commission for them to make further recommendation to the City Council and it be duly and regularly continued, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried.
