Councilman Granger was of the opinion that side-
p;'l
walk ordinance should be amended to prohibit such practice in the residential areas
i...' ! and at the same time provide for sidewalk paving to the property line in any
business area. On motion of Councilman Jones, seconded by Councilman Granger, City
iyh lL:li I
l Attorney Currie was directed to bring in resolution outlining this policy as it was
thought that the present ordinance was sufficient inasmuch as property owners had
' .'
to obtain permit before
1 , Isit i; doing any paving.
