Letter received from Assemblyman <br />Richard Dolwig referred to Planning Commission on motion fo Councilman Granger, <br />n <br />seconded by Councilman Royer.Pdotion carried. <br />L.C.SMITH REQUEST FOR MEETING WITH COUNCIL TO DISCUSS CONTRACTS BROADWAY-NATIONAL AVENUE, <br />, <br />WHIPPLE AVENUE, ALAMEDA AND OAK REESE JOHNSON.. City Engineer explained this meeting <br />iM, was to decide on a fair price to pay contractor for "feathering" pavements. City <br />Engineer requested that he be allowed to bring Mr. A. H. Bicker and the Inspector to <br />attend this meeting. Also suggested that Capt. M. A.
