City Engineer Jain carried. reported that an estimate of a culvert across the creek on Virginia Avenue between following fledyrood and Oak Avenues would be approximately 06,000. A further study of this district ular according to Mr. Jain indicated that culverts should be constructed in four locations in this vicinity, namely, Virginia Avenue, Ruby Street; Oak Avenue, and RedwoodAvenue y Clerk It the Fairview Avenue intersections.
