<br />acoma ;ESTATE COMMITTEE REPORT ON ACQUISITION OF LOTS 4 and 6. Block 1, Jefferson' Avenue
<br />Addition, Topaz Street. Councilman Herkner reporting for the Committee recommended
<br />offering $300 for Lot 4 and $200 for Lot 6, the City to absorb City taxes due on the
<br />land latter, any other taxes due to be paid by the owner. On motion of Councilman Spillers, j
<br />on Yard. seconded by Councilman Jones, the committee's recommendation was approved. Motion ;
<br />Rolison carried.
