<br />reported that the pruchase price of the Foppiano property adjeacent to the Community

<br />Park was 6800 plus a prior commitment to erect 150 ft. of 6 ft. fence to separate the

<br />recreation area from the remainder of Foppiano's property. The cost of fencing was
<br />rooted at 044.70. Councilman Spillers moved, seconded by Councilman Herkner, that
