Adjustments upward or downward <br />may be made by the City Manager and City Council at the time of purchase to meet <br />prevailing market conditions. Upward adjustments may be effected by' transfer <br />from the 'unbudgeied Reserve and downward adjustments by allowing, any unexpended <br />amounts to remain in the "Equipment Replacement Fund" or by transferring it to <br />other appropriate accounts. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting thereof, held on the 3rd day of July, 1950, by the following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution, <br />Councilmen: GRANGER, HERd;NER, JONES, MORGAN, ROYER, and Mayor BRITSCHGI. <br />NOES, Councilmen: NONE <br />ABSENT, eCouncilmen: SPILLERS <br />ATTEST: <br />RALPH S.
