Territo, Secretary to the Planning Commission had been announced in the newspaper but no official communi- cation had been received confirming this and therefore the appointments were to be made subject to this and Mr. Paul Jones' resignation, Mr. Jones having; been appointeg this evening to the City Council. The Traffic Fact Finding Committee had been studying; the traffic hazard at this point and felt that visibility would be improved by installing; a red no parking zone at the site of the existing bus stop on the left hand side of the Center Street intersection on El Camino Real and recommendation was that the Council establish this, subject to the approval of the State Highway Department.
