Granger, Sidney D. Herkner, <br />Paul Jones, Albert h. Morgan, Jr., Wm H. Royer, Robt. V. Spillers, Mayor Carl A. <br />Britschgi, and City Clerk R. S. Dodge. Also present were: City Manager E. A. <br />Rolison, City Attorney C. B. Currie, City Engineer Glenn M. Jain, Water Superin- <br />tendent L. M. Duncan, Administrative Assistant Richard D. Miller, Auditor -Assessor <br />J. J. Brophy, Fire Inspector Richard Drivon, Assistant Building InsLSector Stephen <br />Kreiss, and Police Capt. S. E. Douglass. t <br />APPROVAL OF KINUTES. Councilman Morgan moved approval of minutes of regular meeting <br />July 3rd and regular adjourned meeting July 10th as mailed, seconded by Councilman <br />Granger and carried. <br />TAXICAB COMMITTEE REPORT. Councilman Royer stated the committee had met in Mr. Rolison'g <br />office including Councilman Spillers, City Attorney Currie and City Manager Rolisen') <br />H <br />e moved that recommendation of the committee be approved and that the Yellow Cab <br />Co. and the Luxor Cab Co. be allowed the amount of permits for the number of cars <br />they were now using and had in their possession that were on file as of this dater <br />seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried. <br />SWIMMING POOL COMMITTEE REPORT REGARDING ADMISSION CHARGES.
