PALMER to resubdivide a portion of <br />Lot 17, Oakwood Park, rear of 410 tial Oakwood Boulevard into two lots each to be <br />approximately 64 x 100' subject to (1) 30' right of way dedicated to the City across <br />the property of Mr. Palmer and Mr. Oliveras, (2) enough land from Stettheimers to <br />allow the extension of Roble, (3) improvements be installed to approval of City <br />Engineer; Mr. Palmer had substantially agreed with these conditions. Requirements <br />of Planning Commission could not be met at this time with reference to agreement <br />with Mr. Stettheimers. Councilman Granger therefore moved this be carried on the <br />agenda for 30 days until interested parties could meet together, seconded by Council- <br />man Spillers and carried. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOhMENDED APPROVAL H.
