<br />to prepare petition to be circulated. He reported that a petition would be circu-
<br />lated.
<br />PLANNNING COMMISSION RECO11MENDED APPROVAL OF EARLE C. PALMER to resubdivide a portion of
<br />Lot 17, Oakwood Park, rear of 410 tial Oakwood Boulevard into two lots each to be
<br />approximately 64 x 100' subject to (1) 30' right of way dedicated to the City across
<br />the property of Mr. Palmer and Mr. Oliveras, (2) enough land from Stettheimers to
<br />allow the extension of Roble, (3) improvements be installed to approval of City
<br />Engineer; Mr. Palmer had substantially agreed with these conditions. Requirements
<br />of Planning Commission could not be met at this time with reference to agreement
<br />with Mr. Stettheimers. Councilman Granger therefore moved this be carried on the
<br />agenda for 30 days until interested parties could meet together, seconded by Council-
<br />man Spillers and carried.
<br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOhMENDED APPROVAL H. A. DAVIES FOR VARIANCE TO ALLOW A CAR PORT to
<br />be built within one foot of main building on Lot 6, Block 3, Diller Addition,
<br />101 Pennsylvania. This was not a permanent structure and Mr. Davies indicated he was
<br />absolutely willing to move building at City's request should setback line be estab-
<br />lished at a later date. Councilman Granger moved approval of the Planning Commission
<br />subject to agreement between City and Mr. Davies relative to setback line, seconded
<br />by Councilman Morgan and carried.
