<br />AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF TAX DEEDED PROPERTY TO STATE OF CALIFORNIA
<br />'QUESTION
<br />the,
<br />WHEREAS, the real propertyhereinafter described was deeded to the City of
<br />Redwood City on October 26, 195, pursuant to the provisions of 'Division 1, Part
<br />6, Chapter 8, Article 1 of the Revenue and Taxation Code; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has not*sold said property within the period
<br />contained in the agreement with the County of San Mateo, under which agreement said
<br />property was deeded to said City;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
<br />Redwood City as follows:
<br />1. That the Mayor and the Clerk of the City of Redwood City be, and they
<br />hereby are, authorized and directed to execute 'a deed, pursuant to the statute, in
<br />such case made and provided, to the State of California conveying all of the City
<br />of Redwood City's right, title and interest in the property hereinafter described,
<br />which the City of Redwood Cit obtained by deed executed on October 26, 1945" under
<br />the provisions of Section 3804 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, and recorded in
<br />Volume 1215 of Official Records, page 193, Records of San Mateo County.
<br />2. That the�real property hereinbefore mentioned is more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />All the real property situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San
<br />Mateo, State of California, as follows:
<br />Lots 16, 26 in Block 20 Lot 12 in Block 3 and Lot 7 in Block 5, all in
<br />the STAi4iBAUGH STREET ADDITION, and Lots 11, 14, in Block 50, and Lot 5•
<br />in Block 51, all in the CENTRAL PARK No. 2.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular'
<br />meeting thereof, held on the 15th day of May, 1950, by the following vote:
<br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution,
<br />Councilmen: GRANGER, MORGAN, ROYER, SPILLERS, WERDER, and'Mayor BRITSCHGI.
