Time limits were discussed on storage and Coun- <br />eilman Herkner moved that the City Manager check into this with the Building Inspec- <br />for and report back at the next meeting,. Motion carried. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDED 1tSUBDIVISION OF LOTS 7,-8, and 9, Block 15, KENSINGTON <br />SQUARE (CORNER ALAMEDA AND CHESHIRE WAY) into 4 lots, all in excess of 6,000 sq. ft. On question from Mayor Granger, Mr. <br />Currie stated he did not approve of the letter. According to City Engineer Jain the <br />permanent installation might well cost 03,000, therefore a bond of $500 or $1,000 <br />would not be sufficient notice in the event of emergency maintenance as they wished. <br />Councilman Royer moved that the City Attorney draft a letter in accordance with the <br />Council's wishes and according to the motions in the minutes of April 7th, On <br />review of the minutes it was found that the intent of the motion and certain state- <br />ments were not correct and the following corrections were made, amending approval <br />of minutes of April 7th. The following was to be deleted:- "If Stambaugh Sewer <br />project goes through this would guarantee payment of the permanent installation". <br />And in motion of Councilman Royer "that the City accept the application for temporary <br />sewer connection if sufficient bond is posted to cover any possible repairs to the <br />temporary line", the following is to be deleted: - 'fend the installation Of new <br />permanent sewers".
