We have estimated that the time required to make these changes and have revised plans, specifications and contract documents ready for rebidding would amount to approximately $4500.00, based on our minimum charge rates. This estimate does not include printing costs or reworking the Feasibility Report in the event:, the City chooses to process their.application for the additional $303000 recently approved by the Small Craft Harbor Commission. It appears from the summary of costs prepared by Dick VPilkinson on page 3 of his letter, to Mr. Richards, Chief of the Division of Small Craft Harbors, that the $30,000 additional loan may not ' be necessary. REQUEST 'OF VIRGIL MASARIE AND SON FOR VARIANCE FROM STRICT APPLICATION OF SIDEWALK ORDINANCE FCR TWO DRIVE- WAY APPROACHES AT 230 ROOSEVELT AVENUE. The City Manager had no objections to the granting of this variance. ' The City Manager called the Councilors. attention to the fact that the terms of the following members of the Veteran's Memorial Commission will expire December 31, 1960: Ferris Miles, Arthur Inman and Clyde Crippen. The City Manager was asked to contact the members to see if they woald consider serving another term. ' Letter from Foster & Kleiser regarding the public service billboard was read.
