Public Hearing - Proposed amendment to the Zoning Map <br />to rezone a 0.326 acre parcel from TP (Tidal Plain) <br />District to IR (Industrial -- Restricted) District, 1171 <br />East Bayshore Road - Ricardo Ramirez, applicant (203 -02 <br />Planning Commission record transmitted 1/18/88 <br />Affidavit of Publication of Notice of Hearing is on file. <br />In response to question with regard to full response to the letter of <br />December 19, 1986 from the former Director of Public Works to Brian Kangas <br />Foulk & Associates, City Engineer Schroedl said that construction plans and <br />specifications for the pump station and storm drain line were approved by the <br />Engineering Division, but that he cannot make any further response without <br />reviewing the file. <br />City Attorney Schricker confirmed that the subject property is inland from <br />the area under BCDC (Bay Conservation and Development Commission) <br />jurisdiction, noting that the Army Corps of Engineers has jurisdiction over <br />the wetlands area and possible other additional authority.
