<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />The above equipment list is dedicated to the project and the Harvester will be on site <br />24 hours a day, except for repairs. The below listed equipment is to be considered a <br />back up list for the exclusive use by Redwood Shores. If any of the above listed <br />equipment fails or Waterworks is in need of additional equipment to proactively <br />manage the Lagoon, the below listed equipment will be transported to Redwood <br />Shores within 24 hours. <br /> <br />a. 1-Six Foot Cutting Head Aquatic Harvester. <br />b. 1-Conveyer Trailer for Transport of Harvester and Vegetation. <br />c. 1-16' Aluminum Chemical Application and Water Quality Monitoring boat. <br />d. 1-Argo Amphibious Unit, for access to all lagoons. <br />e. 1-Honda Chemical Application Spray unit. <br />f. 1-SGA 20 Gallon Reward Spray unit. <br />g. 1-Chevrolet 1-Ton for Transport of Harvester and Vegetation. <br />h. 1-Taylor Dissolved Oxygen and Salinity Meter. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS <br /> <br />Communication is a very essential part of any successful program.
