Internal project resource organization, scheduling and work flow management Additional Services Any service not specifically provided above shall be Additional Services. The Consultant shall perform additional services when mutually agreed to in writing by Client and Consultant. The following services are potential additional services: -- Project meetings above that identified in the scope of work -- Facilitating Community Participation, Education and Outreach -- Architectural renderings, models or digital animations Compensation In consideration of the Consultant providing the above services, the Client agrees to compensate the Consultant based on the hourly billing rates as indicated on Exhibit C. The estimated fees for is as follows: Compensation $29,000 $ 5,000 $ 1,000 $35,000 Tasks I though 7 Meetings & Public hearings Estimated expenses The Consultant includes seven staff meetings and three public meetings to conduct the scope of work. Additional meeting time shall be billed hourly. Tasks are to be billed monthly on a percent complete basis. Expenses are in addition to above fees and billed at 1.1 times the actual cost. Expenses include travel, telephone, postage, photocopying, delivery services, graphic reproduction and other project related costs. Scope Exclusions The Consultant relies on Client for information regarding context maps to scale, proposed architectural program, traffic, parking and other engineering services and technical evaluations that are not included in this scope of services.
