Marshall of <br />San Bruno dated December 17, 1986 asking support in urging the Legislature to <br />place a high priority on adopting legislation mandating protective headgear <br />for motorcycle riders and passengers. <br />CONSENSUS: Council agreed to refer the subject to the Legislative <br />Committee.
