Councilman Greenalch referred to a questionnaire received from the City <br />Manager on January 9, 1987 regarding Council's wishes concerning the leases <br />of the San Francisco 49ers. <br />Mayor Claire suggested, and the City Attorney concurred, that the matter <br />would best be discussed at a future executive meeting. <br />2. Councilman Greenalch referred to the Mayor's request for a Councilmember to <br />serve as a liasion person with the United States Holocaust Memorial Council. <br />He said that he would like to serve on that Council. <br />Mayor Claire requested that the Council Minutes show that Councilman <br />Greenalch will be the liaison person with the United States Holocaust <br />Memorial Council. Councilman Britschgi gave a brief report on the meeting of the California <br />League of Cities Revenue and Taxation Committee which was held on Friday in <br />South San Francisco. A draft report on the League's study of the number of <br />cities that are up against the Gann limit on spending shows that most of the <br />cities are having a very difficult time computing their Gann limitation. <br />He said that a final report will be out soon.
