plumber, and lighting engineers; landscape architects; surveyors; interior designers and space <br />planners; energy Consultants; and other professionals as the DB deems appropriate; and <br />construction contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to provide all required Work under this <br />Agreement to design and construct a fully functional facility in complete conformity with, and <br />without exception to, all minimum requirements and criteria of the Contract Documents, <br />including, but not limited to, all provisions of the accepted Proposal meeting or exceeding said <br />minimum requirements and criteria. The obligations of such persons shall be undertaken and <br />performed in the interest of the City and shall not be changed except with the prior written <br />consent of the City. <br /> <br /> b. The DB shall provide or cause to be provided the full range of industry <br /> <br />standard architectural, engineering, and interior design services, and shall be the responsible <br />professional for all design work, including, but not limited to, the preparation of Construction <br />Documents, shop drawing review, and site visits and inspections <br /> <br /> c. The Lead Design Architect, Project Manager, and Superintendent <br /> <br />identified as such in the DB's Proposal shall remain as such while any Work is performed under <br />this Agreement, unless the City, in its sole discretion, allows otherwise. The Lead Design <br />Architect shall be the entity responsible and liable for all professional design services required <br />under this Agreement. This responsibility and liability shall remain with the Lead Design <br />Architect irrespective as to whether the Lead Design Architect is a party to this Agreement or a <br />Subconsultant to the DB. The provisions of this paragraph shall be included in any subcontract <br />between the DB and the Lead Design Architect. <br /> <br /> d.
