necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work, in a workmanlike, complete and acceptable manner, whether temporary or permanent, and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated in the Work, according to the terms of this Agreement. No deviation from the standards established in this Agreement shall be allowed without the prior written consent of the City. e. The DB shall be responsible for preparing all Contract Documents, drawings, specifications, and other instructions in accordance with the requirements of City's Request for Proposal and shall at once report to the City any error, inconsistency, or omission which it may discover. The DB shall be held responsible for the existence or discovery of any and all conflicts, and for measures necessary to correct such conflicts. f. Should the DB become aware of any conflict between the Request for Proposal and the DB's design or construction documents, the DB shall immediately bring the matter to the attention of the City for a written determination. Any action or adjustment by the DB without such written determination shall be at the DB's own risk and expense. g. The DB is responsible for reviewing and coordinating all material included within the Contract Documents prior to commencing any of the Work. Should any question, conflict, or confusion arise concerning the intent or meaning of the Contract Documents, the DB shall immediately notify the City in writing of any such question, conflict, or confusion, no less than seven (7) work days prior to commencing any activities affected by such notice. If the DB believes any written response by the City constitutes work in excess of the scope of this Agreement, the DB shall submit written notice thereof immediately to the City and in no event more than seven (7) work days following receipt of said written response and prior to commencing any work affected, Failure of the DB to submit such written notice is at its own risk and expense.
