h. The DB shall be responsible for, coordinate, and oversee all design and construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures; and shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion, and coordination of all Work of the DB and its Subcontractors of any tier and its and their principals, officers, employees and agents. In the event the City exercises its right to let other contracts in connection with the Work, the DB shall afford such other contractors reasonable opportunity for the introduction and storage of their materials and the execution of their work, shall properly connect and coordinate its work with theirs so that no discrepancies shall result in the whole work, and shall conduct its Work so as to impose no hardship on the City or others engaged in the Work. i. The DB shall not produce a design which violates or infringes on any copyright or patent rights, and shall pay all royalties and license fees. If the DB has information that any process or articles specified in the Contract Documents is an infringement of a .patent or copyright it shall be responsible for any such loss unless it promptly gives such information, in writing, to the City. j. The DB shall provide the City with complete access to all parts of the Project, and keep it informed of all job conditions, tests, and scheduling; and notify the City forty-eight. (48) hours prior to all concrete pours and prior to each new trade arriving on the Project site. k. The DB's project records shall be maintained in an organized manner such that items may be daily reviewed by persons other than the DB's staff.
