Intera.qency Meetinq <br /> <br /> r The work scope includes attendance by the Wagstaff and Associates, Wetlands Research <br /> r Associates, and Clearwater Hydrology project managers at one (1) U.S. Army Corps of <br />r Engineers "lnteragency Meeting," initiated by the applicant, and attended by representatives of <br /> the Marina Shores Village applicant, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NMFS, USFWS, CDFG, <br />r RWQCB, and BCDC, to informally discuss the project-related environmental concerns of each <br />r agency. <br /> <br /> E. Public Scoping Meetinq <br /> <br />r Wagstaff and Associates will also attend one (1) public scoping meeting, chaired by the <br />r Planning Commission, to assist City staff in describing the EIR requirement and proposed <br />r preparation approach, identify the range of environmental issues to be evaluated, and to <br />r receive and record public questions and comments on the EIR scope. <br /> <br /> F. Work Scope Finalization <br /> <br /> Based on the results of the initial staff meetings, responses to the NOP received from <br /> responsible and interested agencies, input received at the Interagency Meeting, and the public <br /> scoping session input, Wagstaff and Associates will refine and, if necessary, revise the EIR <br /> work scope in consultation with City staff. <br /> <br /> TASK II. PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND INITIAL SURVEYS <br /> <br /> A. Preparation of Detailed Proiect Description <br /> <br /> Wagstaff and Associates will prepare the detailed EIR project description, including the project <br /> objectives, conceptual design, and associated entitlement requests for each project <br />r component to the extent needed for adequate evaluation and review of project impacts. The <br /> project description will be based on application materials, consultation with City staff, and <br /> contacts with the applicants under parameters set forth by City staff.
