Matters of Council Interest (continued) a) Councilman Greenalch thanked the members of the Police Department who responded immediately to his early morning call when an attempt was being made to steal his son's automobile. b) Councilman Britschgi inquired about the staff water conservation plan and asked if it can be presented at the next Council meeting. City Manager Smith said that staff is developing a plan which is proceeding in accordance with other priorities, but that he will attempt to present it to Council at the April 27, 1987 meeting.
