Item No. 1 (continued ) CLARIFICATION: Councilman Stangel stated that the intent of his motion is to have the items proposed to be removed from the District budget be paid out of the City General Fund at such time as replacements /additions may become necessary in the future. The motion as clarified carried unanimously by voice vote. MINUTE ORDER NO. 87 -134 M /S: Stangel /Greenalch to eliminate from the proposed Maintenance District the following properties which were not included in the District for construction of the landscaping: BFK Assessors Parcel No. Parcel No. Own er SBE 135 -41 -48 Pacific Gas & Electric Pacific Gas & Electric Heart Construction SFC 4- Seaport Blvd. SFC 4- Seaport Blvd. Hans & Jane Egg 1i Tankl age Properties; and al so to el iminate the f of l owi ng property whi ch i s i ncl uded i n the Landscaping District: 6 052 - 392 -370 John & Mary Lyngso; and that the City will pick up the difference in any increase in amount of assessment which might be made to those properties in the District, thus retaining the assessment formula advertised in the publication of notice and meeting the tax roll deadline for the current year; and that staff is directed to revise documents as reflected by the motion and return them to Council on July 27, 1987. The motion carried on the following roll call vote.
