Public Hearing - Proposed nuisance abatement, <br />dilapidated building, 808 Walnut Street - Mr. and Mrs. <br />Edward Nagel, Los Altos (702 -11) <br />Reports of City Manager and Chief Building Official 3/19/86 <br />City Attorney Schricker advised that since the property owner is the same for <br />properties at 804 and 808 Walnut Street, those hearings may be held <br />together. <br />Affidavits of Mailing of Notice are on file. <br />Chief Building Official Mal kemus reported that with regard to the subject <br />properties, the owner has taken out demolition permits to remove the <br />buildings. Mr. Malkemus presented slide photographs indicating the condition <br />of the buildings and recommended abatement. <br />Mayor Bri tschgi declared the public hearing open at 8:18 p.m. and invited <br />anyone present who wished to speak to do so.
