because of the slope density, than almost any other lot on the street. The main goal of
the lot line adjustment was to improve the slope densiW calculation so that a larger
structure could be built. I believe this is another intentional misreprentation by Mr.
Farahyar and his archetech in order to get this development finished for the maximum
possible financial return regardless of social norms, the neighborhood, and
government regulations. According to the Code:

45.8 Architectural Standards
B. The size and design of the structure shall be considered for the purpose of
determining that the structure is in proportion to its building site and that it
has a balance and unity among its external features so as to present a harmonious
appearance;
C. The extent to which the structure conforms to the general character of
other structures in the vicinity insofar as the character can be ascertained and is
found to be architecturally desirable;

I believe the architect intentionally mislead the Zoning Administrator to cimumvent the
Zoning Code regulations.

It is my belief that Mr. Farahyar does not intend to establish long term residence at 747
Southview Way and that this development is an attempt to get the maximum financial
return at any cost to the neighborhood or the surrounding neighbors. He is oblivious to
the concerns of local residents; is willing to breach agreements with them. I am
concerned about being involved in this issue with an individual who I feel has such lit'de
regard for social contract, the environment, or respect for his neighbors.

Sincerely,

Da~uthview Way
