Item No. 4 (continued) M /S: to approve the Building Permit Application of Dennis J. Pantano to move a one -story single family dwelling from 1427 Cherry Street, San Carlos to 1040 Valota Road with the conditions contained in the report of the Community Development Director and Chief Building Official dated July 14, 1986, with the finding that the concerns expressed at the City Council meeting of May 12, 1986, when the application was denied have been met. (Conditions are: 1. The Police Department and Traffic Engineer shall approve the proposed moving plan, including the date, time, route, traffic control, lighting, and elimination of parking. 2. The applicant shall deposit fees to cover the cost of providing City personnel to f a c i l i t a t e the building move. 3. The applicant shall obtain approval from the State of California, CalTrans Division. 4. The applicant shall obtain approval from the City of San Carlos. 5. The applicant shall obtain an architectural permit in accordance with Article 45 of the Zoning Ordinance. 6. The applicant shall secure building permits for the new foundation, proposed alterations, and new detached garage. 7. The applicant shall make repairs as listed in the attached Schedule of Required Corrections. 8. The applicant shall submit a minimum $1,000 bond to assure compliance with the terms of the moving permit. 9. The permit shall be valid for a maximum period of six months. 10. Any additional conditions which the Council may impose to protect the public health, safety, and general welfare.)
