Matters of Council Interest (continued) <br />3. Councilman Greenalch announced that the street lights between Mc Garvey and <br />Silver Hill Road which are constantly turned on are the property of PG &E <br />Company which has been advised of the problem. Later in the evening, <br />Councilman Greenalch reported that during the recess the PG &E representative <br />advised him that the Company is aware of the problem and expects to have <br />repairs made by tomorrow, September 16. <br />4. City Manager Smith referred to a flyer being distributed relating to housing <br />rehabilitation which contains false statements of which the Council and <br />public should be aware. Mr. Smith said that the City will continue to <br />enforce the Building Code with regard to substandard housing. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />BOARD, COMMISSION AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />2.
