Parking should be free on Saturdays in all lots and adjacent streets to <br />the downtown corridor except for 18 meters on E1 Camino Real between <br />Broadway and Brewster. <br />2. Free parking should be restricted to two hours. <br />3. Approval of bond sale documents for Ostertag Project <br />( Centre Redevelopment Sub -Area) (408 -03) <br />Report of City Manager and Planning Director 2/8/85 <br />City Attorney Schricker said that the only change in the documents presented <br />to Council is that the City will not monitor the City requirements as that <br />function is assigned to the trustee, so there will be no fee to the City <br />which will not have the burden of doing so, since staff is not available for <br />the work. <br />Tom Leathers, Bank of America Mortgage and Security Department, said in <br />response to question that construction on the subject project is expected to <br />begin in mid -March 1985. <br />Title read.
