Item No. 3 (continued) Between the easterly boundary of the Enclave Sub- division and the westerly boundary of the proposed development, the subdivider shall dedicate or make arrangement for the dedication of a minimum of 50' wide right of way. The width of the right of way shall be measured 25' to each side of the center line of Horgan Avenue adjacent to the Enclave Sub- division. In addition to the 50' wide dedication, additional dedications shall be made as necessary to accommodate the proposed winding two -lane roadway, and the transition immediately west of the proposed boundary of the development. The road alignment, width and section between Enclave Subdivision and the proposed development shall be designed as directed by and to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Works. Additional easements, for construction of a slope or drainage, along the north side of Horgan Avenue shall be obtained by the developer to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Works.)
