(continued) <br />City Attorney Schricker stated for the record that if the subject appeal is <br />reopened at a future date then published notice of the hearing would be <br />required again. <br />(Memo 4/27/84) <br />In response to questions relating to the possibility of continuing <br />consideration of the use permit condition regarding a parking study, Mr. <br />Schricker advised that the stipulation by the appellant is for a continuance <br />and the issue is therefore closed, with nothing before Council now. <br />M /S: Bury /Mosher to accept the stipulation of Redwood Medical Clinic to <br />continue the appeal on the 6,300 square -foot addition without prejudice to <br />the appellant's returning later and continuing the present appeal, while <br />Redwood Medical Clinic prepares an application for the 12,000 square -foot <br />expansion they prefer. <br />Don Hoffman, 101 West Hillsdale, San Mateo, patient of the Clinic, urged <br />support of the Clinic. <br />The motion carried by majority voice vote which Mayor Britschgi determined to <br />be 5 to 1.
