Public Hearing - Planning Commission Resolution of <br />Intention to amend the Zoning Ordinance with respect to <br />public hearing notification procedures in residential <br />zoning districts and method of approval of Use Permits <br />Planning Commission record transmitted 9/17/84 <br />Affidavit of Publication of Notice of Hearing on file <br />Mayor Britschgi declared the public hearing open at 8:15 p.m. <br />Nita Spanqler, 970 Edgewood Road, suggested that the item lacked sufficient <br />explanation, and Council responded that the matter has been well documented <br />in the Minutes and had been brought back at this time from previous public <br />hearings; that Redwood City is one of the few cities that does not require <br />the burden of proof to be on the applicant for Use Permit, and the proposed <br />ordinance will rectify that. <br />Acting Planning Director Patterson reviewed the recommended changes. <br />Mayor Britschgi invited anyone else present who wished to speak to do so.
