Public Hearing - Application for cancellation of <br />Williamson Act contracts, Horgan Ranch property - Kazuye <br />H. and Torao Mori, James K. and Shirley I. Mori, Minoru <br />Okamora, Maseo and Nobu Okabayashi, and Takeshi <br />Sugimoto, applicants (203 -14) <br />Report of City Manager and Planning Director 2/14/83. <br />City Clerk Hildebrand reported the Affidavit of Publication of Notice of <br />Hearing is on file and that some 6,000 Notices of the Public Hearing were <br />mailed to property owners within a one -mile radius of the subject <br />property. <br />Mayor Stangel declared the public hearing open at 8:55 p.m.. <br />James Thompson, 600 Allerton, attorney representing the petitioners, <br />stated that the subject property has been annexed to the City but that the <br />original Willliamson Act contracts of the property owners were with the <br />County of San Mateo. Mr. Thompson stated for the record that the subject <br />property was within the jurisdiction of the City of Redwood City on <br />October 1, 1981 and the zoning designation is in conformance with the <br />City's General Plan.
