Mayor Stangel <br />agreed to do so. (memo 3/8/83) <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />There being no objection, Mayor Stangel stated that he would grant the request to <br />take up Oral Communications out of order at this time. <br />R. L. Sullivan, R. L. Sullivan Construction Co., San Carlos, representing <br />Towne Ford, requested a building permit to allow him to move a building on <br />to the Towne Ford property on Veterans Boulevard, stating that the <br />building is now on County property where it may remain for a short time <br />only. Mr. Sullivan reported that the building was made available at no <br />cost to Towne Ford provided it could be moved immediately from its former <br />location in Menlo Park. <br />Mr. Sullivan was advised that following submittal of complete application <br />to the Building Department and appropriate review and investigation, a <br />public hearing will be set for consideration of granting the application. <br />Mr. Sullivan asked that the hearing be set for March 21, 1983 if possible, <br />and stated he will submit his complete application immediately. <br />(memo 3/8/83) <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />(Council recessed from 10 :30 to 10:45 p.m.) <br />REPORTS OF CITY MANAGER <br />There being no objection, Mayor Stangel ordered that <br />item 6. be considered out of order at this time. <br />6.
