Lener to Pat Webb, City of Redwood City <br />Re: Addendum to the EIR on thc Downtown Mixed-Use Project <br />May 31, 2002 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />In the event further substantive work is needed to support ihe Addendum (further technical <br />analysis of transportation or noise, investigation of some subject not addressed in this scope, etc.), <br />then a budget adjustment will be requested. <br /> <br />Schedule <br /> <br />We are prepared to begin work on June 1 assuming that we have received authorization to proceed <br />by that time. We would expect to submit an administrative draft Addendum by July 30, and a <br />final Addendum within two weeks after receiving comments from City staff on the administrative <br />draft. <br /> <br />Contractual Requirements <br /> <br />Our insurance coverages remain as they were when wc were last under contract to Redwood City <br />(2001). As of termination of our current professional liability insurance policy, we do not expect <br />to carry professional liability insurance in thc future (beyond February, 2003). If that will require <br />a waiver of an insurance requirement, wc would appreciate your requesting that waiver now. <br /> <br />Additional Information <br /> <br />We took forward to working with you on this project.
