Recommendation: to request the City Attorney to prepare the <br />appropriate language for consolidating the positions of Treasurer, <br />Auditor, Assessor and Collector into the one position of Finance <br />Director. <br />(Amend Section 21 and add Section 31) <br />M /S: Britschgi /Biagi to submit the subject recommendations to the <br />electorate. <br />City Attorney Schricker advised that the recommendations are not <br />separate. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />7.
