<br />until sewer service <br /> <br />charges on behalf of the property is collected <br /> <br />together with the property taxes for said parcel, or until such time as <br /> <br />sewer service charges are collected by collection with other utilities <br /> <br />pursuant to contract or by individual periodic billing and collection by <br /> <br />the District itself. <br /> <br />e. The payment of sewer service charges by District to City shall commence with <br /> <br />payment made during the fiscal year that connections are made to District <br /> <br />Facilities and shall continue as specified unless revision shall be agreed to by the <br /> <br />Parties. <br /> <br />f. Not later than April 1st in each year during the term hereof, City shall advise <br /> <br />District of the estimated sewer service charges and connection fees applicable to <br /> <br />properties with City's corporate limits upon which charges hereunder are to be <br /> <br />based for each ensuing fiscal year. <br /> <br />g. District shall pay to City a contingency reimbursement charge of $20,610.00 <br /> <br />($1,145.00 per parcel) for future wet weather flow upgrades. Said payment shall <br /> <br />be provided to City within sixty (60) days of execution of this Agreement by the <br /> <br />Parties. <br /> <br />5. UNIFORM ORDINANCES. <br /> <br />District hereby agrees to conform to all applicable <br /> <br />provisions of the Uniform Ordinances whose requirements, in part, conform to the <br /> <br />requirements of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended by the Federal <br /> <br />Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 (Public Law 92-500), as further <br /> <br />amended from time to time thereafter (33 u.S.c. 1251 et seq.), and with requirements of <br /> <br />rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
