<br />City Facilities and SBSA Facilities by the District is expressly conditioned upon the <br /> <br />implementation, and enforcement of said Uniform Ordinances. <br /> <br />District shall, and hereby agrees to, comply with all rules <br /> <br />6. REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />and regulations enacted or approved by SBSA and/or City pertaining to the use of SBSA <br /> <br />Facilities and City Facilities. <br /> <br />7. REQUISITE INFORMATION CHARGES. The Parties acknowledge that use of <br /> <br />SBSA Facilities is subject to certain terms and conditions of, and regulations pertaining <br /> <br />to, the Clean Water Construction Grant program provided under the Federal Water <br /> <br />Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 (P.L 92-500, 33 U.S.c. §§1151 et seq.), as <br /> <br />amended, and federal and state (including state funding) enactments implementative <br /> <br />thereof. Accordingly, use charges for costs of operation and maintenance of SBSA <br /> <br />Facilities must be established in accordance with said regulations. District hereby agrees <br /> <br />to furnish SBSA all information required by it in order for SBSA to comply with said <br /> <br />federal and state regulations and, further, District agrees to establish and maintain user <br /> <br />charges complying with SBSA's revenue program enacted in compliance with said <br /> <br />regulations. <br /> <br />8. INSPECTION SERVICES AND ENFORCEMENT. <br /> <br />District shall provide <br /> <br />appropriate and adequate inspection services within the District Service Area for the <br /> <br />duration of this Agreement, which services shall include, but not necessarily be limited <br /> <br />to, enforcement of the provisions of the Uniform Ordinances. Such enforcement, <br /> <br />expressly including but not limited to, enforcement of the provisions of the Uniform <br /> <br />Ordinances pertaining to pre-treatment programs which may be required thereunder <br /> <br />within the District Service Area, shall be, and hereby is, delegated to SBSA.
