City Facilities and SBSA Facilities by the District is expressly conditioned upon the implementation, and enforcement of said Uniform Ordinances. District shall, and hereby agrees to, comply with all rules 6. REGULATIONS. and regulations enacted or approved by SBSA and/or City pertaining to the use of SBSA Facilities and City Facilities. 7. REQUISITE INFORMATION CHARGES. The Parties acknowledge that use of SBSA Facilities is subject to certain terms and conditions of, and regulations pertaining to, the Clean Water Construction Grant program provided under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 (P.L 92-500, 33 U.S.c. §§1151 et seq.), as amended, and federal and state (including state funding) enactments implementative thereof. Accordingly, use charges for costs of operation and maintenance of SBSA Facilities must be established in accordance with said regulations. District hereby agrees to furnish SBSA all information required by it in order for SBSA to comply with said federal and state regulations and, further, District agrees to establish and maintain user charges complying with SBSA's revenue program enacted in compliance with said regulations. 8. INSPECTION SERVICES AND ENFORCEMENT. District shall provide appropriate and adequate inspection services within the District Service Area for the duration of this Agreement, which services shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, enforcement of the provisions of the Uniform Ordinances. Such enforcement, expressly including but not limited to, enforcement of the provisions of the Uniform Ordinances pertaining to pre-treatment programs which may be required thereunder within the District Service Area, shall be, and hereby is, delegated to SBSA.
