<br />by a nonrefundable fee of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) plus Five <br /> <br />Dollars ($5.00) per acre or partial acre over one and up to <br /> <br />ten acres and Two Dollars ($2.00) per acre or partial acre <br /> <br />between ten and 100 acres and One Dollar ($l.OO) for each <br /> <br />acre in excess of lOO acres. <br /> <br />Development Plan. <br /> <br />Every application <br /> <br />"Section 46.4 <br /> <br />for a planned development permit shall be accompanied by a <br /> <br />development plan prepared by a licensed architect, a <br /> <br />registered civil engineer, or a practicing land planner <br /> <br />who is either a full or associate member of the American <br /> <br />Institute of Planners. <br /> <br />II The deve lopment plan shall be prepared at such scale, <br /> <br />and with such number of copies, as the Planning Director <br /> <br />determines necessary for convenient review by the Commission. <br /> <br />"The development plan shall contain sufficient informa- <br /> <br />tion to establish or identify the proposed uses, exact <br /> <br />dimensions and locations to the proposed structures, parking <br /> <br />and loading facilities, pedestrian walkways, and existing <br /> <br />and proposed streets, easements and property lines. <br /> <br />It shall <br /> <br />contain provisions for recreation spaces to meet the needs <br /> <br />of the anticipated population of the area for which the <br /> <br />planned development permit is sought. <br /> <br />The Planning Director <br /> <br />may require such other pertinent information and drawings <br /> <br />as may be necessary to determine that the purposes of this <br /> <br />ordinance will be secured if the application is approved. <br /> <br />"Section 46.5 <br /> <br />Commission Action. <br /> <br />The Commission <br /> <br />shall review each application and shall recommend to the <br /> <br />City Council that the Council approve, conditionally approve, <br /> <br />or deny the application as the Commission finds appropriate <br /> <br />to carry out the objectives of this ordinance. <br /> <br />The Commission <br /> <br />-2- <br />
