ARTICLE 7 RG GARDEN APARTMENTS SECTION 7.1 Purpose. To stabilize and maintain the residential character of the district and pennit small family and individual living with communal and cooperative use of facilities while providing private outdoor open space for each unit. SECTION 7.2 Permitted Uses. in the RG District: The following structures and uses are permitted (a) Multiple dwellings. (b) Two family dwellings. (c) Single fuaily dwellings. SECTION 7.3 Accessory Uses. The following structures and uses are permitted in the RG District when accessory to and constructed or commenced concurrently with or subsequent to uses permitted under Sections 7.2 and 7.4: (a) Home occupations. (b) Other accessory uses and structures customarily appurtenant to a permitted use. SECTION 7.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures and uses are permitted in the RG District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: (a) Public and quasi-public uses, except corporation yards, storage or repair yards and warehouses. (b) Temporary tract offices. SECTION 7.5 Height Regulations. No structure shall exceed two and one-half stories or 35 feet in height, whichever is greater. No accessory building shall exceed one and one-half stories or 15 feet in height, whichever is greater. Lot Area. The minimum building site area shall be 6,000 square SECTION 7.6 feet SECTION 7.7 Lot Width. The minimum average lot width shall be 60 feet. Every lot shall have a minimum of 35 feet of frontage on a public street. SECTION 7.8 Lot Coverage. Not more than 60 per cent of the lot shall be covered by buildings and no more than 40 per cent of the required rear yard shall be covered by accessory buildings. SECTION 7.9 Yard Requirements.
