<br />SECTION 22.8 Regulations, Rezoned Property. All structures <br />and uses existing in, or to be constructed or established in, <br />the IS District following a rezoning pursuant to Section 22.3, <br />shall comply with all height limitations, yard requirements, <br />lot area, width and coverage requirements and all other require- <br />ments applicable to the district or districts in which the prop- <br />erty was included immediately prior to rezoning to the IS District <br />to the same extent as if the rezoning action had not taken place. <br /> <br />SECTION 22.9 Original Map. When any property is included <br />in the IS District at the time of adoption of this ordinance <br />or does not appear on the map by virtue of annexation proceed- <br />ings completed prior to the adoption of this ordinance, the <br />following provisions shall be applicable: <br /> <br />(a) Any use or structure permitted or conditionally per- <br />mitted in the CB District shall be permitted on such property, <br />subject to securing a use permit and subject to compliance with <br />all conditions and regulations applicable to the CB District. <br /> <br />(b) In the event any such property is not rezoned from <br />IS District to some permanent district zone classification within <br />one year from the effective date of this ordinance, such terri- <br />tory shall at the end of such year, by virtue of this ordinance, <br />be zoned to the CB District and shall thereafter be subject to <br />all regulations applicable in the CB District. <br /> <br />53a <br />
