<br />(c) <br /> <br />Sales and incidental installation of automobile access- <br />ories and parts such as mufflers, tires, brakes and <br />seat covers. <br /> <br />SECTION 23.7 Architectural Control District. The letter <br />"A" may be added as a suffix to any district designation in con- <br />junction with the zoning of any property if: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Such property is within 200 feet of a civic center, <br />public park or public buildings and grounds, or <br /> <br />Such property is in the immediate vicinity of buildings <br />found to have, or an area found to have, a special <br />historical or aesthetic interest or value, or <br /> <br />All the owners of the property affected file their <br />written consent with the City to such zoning, or <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />A petition requesting inclusion of specified property <br />within the "A" District has been filed with the City <br />Clerk executed by the owners of not less than two-thirds <br />of the value of the land proposed to be included in the <br />district, as shown on the latest equalized assessment <br />roll used for the collection of City taxes. In the <br />event written protest is received from any property <br />owner within the proposed district dùring the zoning <br />hearings, the property shall not be rezoned to an "A" <br />District except upon the affirmative vote of five <br />members of the Council. All notices of any proposed <br />rezoning under this paragraph shall give notice of the <br />provisions hereof relating to the submission of protests. <br /> <br />54a <br />
