SECTION 30.3 Required Loading Space. In any district, in connect ion with every building or part-thereof having a gross floor area of 5,000 square feet or more, which building is to be occupied for manufacturing, display, storage or warehousing of goods~ retail sales, a hotel, a hospital, a mortuary, a laundry, a dry cleaning establishment, or other use similarly requiring the receipt or distribution by vehicles of material or merchandise, there shall be provided and maintained, on the same lot with such building, at least one offstreet loading space plus one additional such loading space for each 20,000 square feet of floor area in the building. . SECTION 30.4 Uses not Specifically Mentioned. (a) In the event off- street parking space requiréTñënts have not been established by this article for any proposed use of any structure or land, the owner of the property shall apply to the Commission for a determination of the required number of spaces prior to the commencement of the use or the obtaining of a building permit in connection therewith. (b) Applications shall be filed and acted upon in the same manner as provided for in the case of use permits except that no fee shall be required. In the event the proposed use requires the obtaining of a use permit, the Commission shall determine the required number of spaces in connection with its action on the use permit and no separate application shall be required.
