Such <br />access dl"'ive shall either form a loop terminating at each end on a <br />public street 0:'" shall terminate in a turn-around area not less than <br />60 feet in diameter, íhe provisions of this paragraph shall not <br />apply to dwelling groups consisting of two dwelling buildings when <br />the dwelling building located furthest from the street from which <br />access is supplied is a single family dwelling.
