<br />SECTION 32.4 Lot Area and width Modification. Whenever <br />an area is subdivided and the map approved therefor establishes <br />any lot with an area, width or street frontage less than that <br />required by this ordinance for the district in which such lot <br />is located, and where the subdivision was approved subsequent <br />to the effective date of this ordinance after review by the <br />Council in connection with the granting of an exception to the <br />subdivision regulations in accordance with Section 30.6 of the <br />Redwood City Code, such lot shall be deemed to comply with the <br />minimum area, width and street frontage requirements of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />66a <br />
