The Planning Department shall thereupon <br />request the Engineering Department to prepare a detailed plan <br />line map in accordance with the Commission's recommendations. <br /> <br />(c) The Commission's action shall not be appealable. Any <br />objection to the Commission's action may be presented at the <br />Council hearing if one is held. <br /> <br />SECTION 47.5 Filing with Clerk. The Commission's recom- <br />mendations and the detailed plan line map shall be filed with the <br />City Clerk within 90 days after the Commission's action.
