3. Occu-Med will provide to the ~ITY complete <br />documentation including physicians' manuals, job profiles and <br />forms, for using the established medical standards. <br /> <br /> 4. Occu-Med will review the CITY's existing <br />pre-employment processing procedures and make recommendations <br />for modifications, if any, necessary to insure the legal <br />defensibility and efficiency of the entire process. <br /> <br /> 5. Physicians and allied medical personnel <br />designated by the CITY will be trained on site by Occu-Med in <br />the use of the SYSTEM. <br /> <br /> 6. Occu-Med will produce a Final Report <br />publishing its findings on all aspects of the project. <br /> <br /> B. Occu-Med NETWORK MEMBERSHIP <br /> <br /> 1. Occu-Med will grant the CITY membership in <br /> the NETWORK and will provide the CITY with all services, <br /> research products, updates and materials which are available to <br /> other members of the NETWORK.
