b. job analysis refinements, <br /> <br /> c. medical standards research and updates <br />as they become available, <br /> <br /> d. telephone consultation in any area <br />relevant to the SYSTEM or its use by the CITY, and <br /> <br /> e. telephone assistance to any of the <br />CITY's staff in the defense of complaints or grievances filed by <br />any applicant or personnel against the CITY as a result of the <br />CITY's use of the SYSTEM. <br /> <br /> 2. Services provided by Occu-Med to NETWORK <br />members does not include extended individual research projects <br />nor on-site consultation. On-site consultation and research <br />projects addressing individual needs of the CITY are offered to <br />NETWORK members at one-half of the usual Occu-Med billing rates, <br />plus expenses. The billing rates incorporated herewith in <br />Exhibit A will remain in effect for a period of two years from <br />the date of the execution of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> II.
