In consideration of the performance of the <br />services undertaken by Occu-Med pursuant to this Agreement, the <br />CITY shall pay to Occu-Med a maximum fee of FOURTEEN THOUSAND <br />DOLLARS ($14,000.00) for the services rendered by Occu-Med to <br />the CITY. Payments to Occu-Med shall be made as follows: <br /> <br /> Upon commencement of the project indicated by the <br />review of the pre-employment program and processing procedures <br />the CITY shall pay to Occu-Med a payment of: <br /> <br /> $3,500.00 (25% of contract <br /> <br /> price). <br /> <br /> Upon completion of job analysis, the CITY shall <br /> <br /> pay to Occu-Med a payment of: <br /> <br /> $7,000.00 (50% of contract <br /> <br /> price). <br /> <br /> Upon completion of all services required of <br /> Occu-Med by this Agreement (project 100% complete), and as <br /> documented by delivery to and acceptance by the CITY of the <br /> Final Report, the CITY shall pay to Occu-Med a final payment of: <br /> $3,500.00 (25% of contract <br /> <br /> price). <br /> <br /> There shall be no fee charged for membership by the <br /> CITY in the NETWORK. <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
